Is free shipping available?

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?
You will be able to tell on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of the product will be listed as "Available," "Back-Ordered" or "Made to Order."

What are your Return policies?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Clearance items are not returnable unless damaged during the shipping process.

When will I receive my order?
Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Specialty appliances may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Are you an authorized retailer?
We are an authorized retailer for every brand available on our site.

Is express shipping available?
Express shipping is not available as of yet, but next-day delivery is available for many items .

How do I get service on an appliance I purchased from your store?
Service is available for items under warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer via the number published in the manual of the item that you have purchased.

Can I redeem a coupon with you online?
Yes. Coupons can be redeemed at checkout.

What is the difference between overstock and regular products?
Overstock items are brand new and come with a manufacturer's warranty, just like all of our products. We just have too many in our warehouse and therefore the prices have been reduced.

Do you deliver to my location?
We deliver everywhere in the continental United States, Europe. Delivery is also available in Canada , Australia and many other countries.

Ordering online is a quicker process but either way you will get your products in a timely manner.

Do you sell refurbished products?
We only sell new products straight from the manufacturer, in the box. Even our overstock items are new and in box.

What payments do you accept?
At www.creative-tech.store, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal . We do not accept e-checks, but PayPal can be used as an alternative.

When do I receive my tracking number?
Once your item has shipped from the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number the following day.
